The Inspiring Futures Foundation is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy online. Any personal or school data collected through this website will be treated as confidential in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the ISCO website at www.isco.org.uk and does not include the other third party websites linked to it. The website supports our careers service for independent schools under the ISCO brand. Users should carefully examine the privacy statements of sites appearing on or linking to or from myfuturewise.org.uk. Personal Information that you choose to provide to other sites will be subject to the privacy policies of that Website.

What Information is collected?
The Our School section of your web space allows you to records details about your school and the key contacts.

How is the information used?
The ISCO scheme may utilise a cookie (placed on your hard disk) to recognise users and to increase the efficiency of your interactions with the website. If your computer is unable to accept cookies, the system will still operate but not quite so efficiently. Cookies in themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user's computer. We have no control over the use of cookies by any third party sites that may be accessed via www.isco.org.uk/. The site also records the IP addresses for administration and troubleshooting purposes. These IP addresses are not linked to any personal information stored by The Inspiring Futures Foundation although the IP number may constitute personal information in itself.

We will hold information about the school for administrative purposes and we will not disclose such information to any third party except (i) as required by UK law; and (ii) we will allow school records to be accessed by our Careers Advisers

Also, as part of the annual ISCO subscription services, each school will be sent via e-mail a monthly newsletter. Under no circumstances will we pass on your email address to a third party unless in relation to the provision of a service your have chosen to use and in this case, only in relation to this provision.

If, as a school, you do not want to receive the e-mail newsletter, please contact us and we will remove you from the e-mail list. If you do not want your school’s information and other data stored, please contact us and we will remove it.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a school’s identifiable information changes (such as postcode, phone, email or postal address), we provide a way to correct or update the users' personally identifiable information. This can be done by logging into your profile using your email address and password then using the editing options or by contacting us directly.

Use of aggregated information which is not personal information 
The Inspiring Futures Foundation may carry out statistical analyses from time to time, in order to ascertain relative popularity of courses and choices. These analyses may be used for product development purposes and may be passed to third parties but without any links to your name or e-mail address. The analyses may also be used to determine how many visitors have seen a particular advertisement or page and this information, without name or email address, may be passed to the advertiser or partner.

Service Providers
We may partner with other third parties to provide specific services within the ISCO scheme. When the user signs up for these particular services, we may share names, or other contact information with the third party service providers so that the third party can supply these services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
